INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERING DECALS
First you will measure your design. Multiply the height by the width to determine the square inches. Looking on the grid you will select the proper size that matches the size of your design.
EXAMPLE:
3"x 5"= 15 square inches. (Use 12"to 16" on chart)

ART CHARGES: Art charges are estimated at $25.00 per hour. Price quotes are available upon request. To avoid possible errors on the order that you have placed, please be precise with your instructions. Our art department needs to know every detail of how your final production should appear. For orders that require typesetting as part of the design please specify the type style font desired. Art proofs are available at no extra cost (This does not include four color process). Art proofs consist of camera ready, color separated artwork. Please allow an additional 5-8 days for approval.
FOUR COLOR PROCESS: Please add an additional 20% to any artwork that requires four color process. For four color artwork separation costs please contact us for a price.
COLORS: Colors are chosen from our 45color matrix. Custom colors that do not appear on our color matrix will have an additional charge of $25.00 to $75.00 each. Please contact us for further information.
GOLD OR PLATINUM: Any design that consists of gold or platinum will require a quote. We use only the finest gold and platinum prepared for ceramic and glass decals.
SHEET DECALS: Our sheet size is 12.5"x18". The minimum quantity is 125.We offer various sizes, the largest being 20"x 27". The larger sizes are offered at a discounted price. For sheet pricing please review our price list.
DECORATED WARE: Please contact our office for further information and pricing.
SHIPPING INFORMATION: Once the sample is approved please allow 5-8 days for final production. All costs incurred prior to order cancellation will be invoiced. Over runs are always 5% over the quantity ordered you will be billed for the quantity that you receive. Merchandise cannot be returned with out authorization from management, who must be contacted within 30 days of receipt. Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. Claims for shortage or damage that may have occurred during shipment must be filed with the carrier with in 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Title to the goods passes to the buyer upon release from the carrier.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: A deposit is required, if a sample is requested. The deposit is credited to your account upon approval of sample. If no sample is requested the entire amount will be due prior to final production. We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express . All custom artwork and account information is kept strictly confidential. Any material that is copyrighted will not be produced by us.
